Exchange and Returns

We are not happy if you are not happy.

In the event you are not happy with our product(s) after you receive your shipment, we will provide a full refund. Please call our sales office 628-400-8288 or send us a message through  My Account  or hello@renewalliance.com to proceed with the RETURN REQUEST. We will process the refund within 48 hours after we received the return product/s in good condition and unused.

Please allow your bank institution 2-3 business days to process for your refund to reflect in your account.

How to return products and get refund.

To return your product, please ensure products are bubble wrapped to avoid damage and ship to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Additional consideration: Use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
